Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (DPIL) is dedicated to inspiring a love of reading by gifting books free of charge to children from birth to age five, no matter their family’s income.

The United Way of Lackawanna and Wayne Counties is pleased to partner with the DPIL, local foundations, organizations and individuals in our community to provide an age-appropriate book each month mailed directly to every registered child free of charge.

With a gift of $30 you can support a child for one year. ($5.00 of your gift helps cover overhead costs.)

A gift of $150 can support a child for the entire 5 years of the program. ($25.00 of your gift helps cover overhead costs.)
